This luxurious villa is situated in the urbanisation Vilamar aprox. 2 kilometer from Ferragudo in direction of beaches. It is a placed on top of the valley where most of the Ferragudo villas are built. Lovely views of the Atlantic and towards the Estuary of Portimão. Along the house is a well tended garden. The pool has different depths and invited to cool off and relax on a hot summer day. Present are easy chairs, parasols and a mobile barbecue. In the house you can use the various air conditionings, in colder days there is a open fire place to regulate the desired room temperatures. Under the house is a spacious double garage. In total the villa consist of 3 bedrooms with double beds (two with bathroom en-suite) and 1 bed room with twin beds. Included is pool and garden service. On request we can organise maid service.
