The vacation rental: The residence is situated in the center of thel traditional village of Loutra in the municipality of Arkadi/Rethymnon. During the Venetian rule over Crete this village was owned by the aristocrat Mattheos Kallergis. Much of this atmosphere has been preserved, like picturesque narrow streets, arcades, a fountain with an Arab inscription and more. The village is situated in 12 km distance to Rethymnon and about 3 km to the sea and is surrounded by olive groves. In from of the villa there is a swimming pool. On the ground floor the living room with open fireplace, dining room, kitchen,telefon (coins), a grand piano and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. There is also an separate one-room studio , a double bed, kitchen corner and private bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor there is a separate 2-room flat with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen corner and Leisure activities:
