The vacation rental:

The house has been recently renovated keeping the characteristic features. Casa de Eiriz is now open for tourism. You can simply spend a few days in the house on a bed and breakfast basis or you can rent the whole house for minimum periods of a week.
For the comfort of the guests, the entire house has central heating, which is particularly important in the cold winter months.
There are 5 double rooms, all en-suite and individually decorated. The cosy lounge with a fire and a TV and the large dining room are also for the guests’ use.
The house is set in approximately 50 acres of land, half of which are woods, where you can take a long stroll.
In the grounds you will find a well restored grain-store, a fountain dating from the XVIII century, and a stream running through the farIn the lawn there is also an ancient granite water reservoir where you can bathe.

"Casa de Eiriz" is situated near the town of Vila Pouca de Aguiar, 3 km (2 miles) from the spa town of Pedras Salgadas and 12 km (8 miles) from the golf course in the Vidago spa resort. It is easily accessible by a small country road off the main national road that connects Vila Real to Chaves.
