Our wonderful vacation home is only 150 m away from the sandy beach. Our house has been completely renovated in september 2005 and we are sure that you will enjoy its delightful summerhouse atmosphere. Downstairs you find a big veranda, two balconies on the first floor and a comfortable roof deck on the second floor. The veranda downstairs and the roof deck are equipped with barbecues. A special highlight of our house is our authentic turkish hamam for 2-3 people. Our house has 4 sleeping rooms (3 double rooms + 1 single room). 2 double rooms with air conditioning. The american kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, linen, washing machine, dish-washer offers you high comfort. You only have to come and enjoy your stay. Our local administrator supports you in all concerns. We also organise transfer or rental car for you. Our second house "Mavi Deniz" is only 25m away - see our advertisement!

The aegean coast is famous for various reasons: wonderfull beaches, a lot of historical places like Efes, Didim, Troija or Pergamon, brilliant shopping opportunities in Kusadasi or Izmir. Özdere offers all infrastructure that you need to enjoy your vacation: sandy beach with watersport, shopping possibilities, supermarkets, local bazars, post office, hospital, pharmacy, various restaurants!
