Acceptance of Terms
§ 1 By using this service you accept the Terms of Service.
Services
§ 2 Accommodations-International.com are solely the mediators between the landlord /lessor and the tenant. Accommodations-International.com take NO responsibility for any of the information presented by the vacation property owners. You assume all liability for use of any information on our pages. Accommodations-international.com is not responsible for the accuracy or content of the information provided by the owner. We reserve the right to edit or refuse any listing.
Contract binding, while renting an object, only exist between the landlord /lessor and the tenant. The responsibilty for all information and contents displayed lies with the person who submitted that content. Accommodations-international.com are only a listing service.
Registration Conditions
§ 3 To use this service you commit yourself to truthfully and correctly provide us with your personal information by filling out our registration form. You also are required to keep this information up to date.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or if Accommodations-International.com have reasonable grounds to suspect that the given information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Accommodations-International.com have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of our services (or any portion thereof).
You will pay all subscription, service and usage fees associated with the Services ("Fees") by credit card via Paypal on or before the due date specified in any invoice we send you. We reserve the right to change the fees, in our sole discretion, upon notice to you, which notice may be given by posting any change in fees in the pricing package area of Accommodations-International.com. Any change in fees shall be effective thirty (30) days after we post the change in fees notice and shall affect Fees that are due in the calendar month that is immediately subsequent to the end of the thirty-day period.
Privacy Policy
§ 4 Your registration data underlies our privacy policy. We will save your data on our system and will solely use this information for our own use, but we will NOT give away your information to any third party organization.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent and we only use your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We view the protection of users' privacy as a very important community principle. We understand clearly that you and your information are of our most important assets.
Password and Security
§ 5 You must guarantee that password and account are not made accessible to any third party and carry full responsibility for all actions which are carried out under use of your password or your account, full responsibility. You are obliged to inform us about every improper use of your account.
Property Manager Conduct
§ 6 All information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not Accommodations-international.com, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post or otherwise transmit via the Services. Accommodations-international.com do not control the content posted via the Services and, as such, do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Services, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.
You will only post content related to rental properties that you own or manage. You will keep all available property listings up to date and you will accurately describe all property or community features and "Terms". Your Content will not be inaccurate, misleading or inflammatory. Your Content will comply with the laws, regulations and ordinances. You will not mischaracterize the relationship between you and Accommodations-International.com or imply that Accommodations-International.com is a party to, or obligated under, any agreement between you and any third party.

Liability
§ 7 Lessors and tenants cannot assert contractual claims or claims for compensation against us, since a contractual relation for the use of the object does not take place between the lessor/tenant and Accommodations-International.com.
Accommodations-International.com are merely mediators. We are not liable for technical failure. A short-term inaccessibility of the servers and information causes no price reduction.
Accommodations-International.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages or loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Accommodations-International.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages) resulting from:
The use or the inability to use the Services;
The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services;
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
Statements or conduct of any third party on the Services;
Any other matter relating to the services, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
General Release
§ 8 Because Accommodations-International.com are not involved in transactions between property managers and renters or any third parties, if a dispute arises between one or more web site or Services users, each of you release Accommodations-International.com from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Court
§ 9 A court of competent jurisdiction located in Brandenburg, Germany may adjudicate any claim. You and Accommodations-International.com agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Brandenburg, Germany.
The failure of Accommodations-International.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the "Terms" shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the "Terms" is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the "Terms" remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Services or the "Terms" must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. The section titles in the "Terms" are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
